    The only Starbucks in Ladner, well, I guess there's the one in the Safeway just across the parking lot, but that doesn't really count as their drinks are pretty much made through computer commands.

    This place is small (narrow) and it can get pretty busy. It is the only coffee place in town that is open past... lets say 5pm.  The coffee is reliably Starbucks quality and there really isn't anywhere else in town to compare it to.

    The coffee is fine, the service is friendly and very fast, and this is where I go for coffee in town if I don't have access to a car or I'm too lazy to take the bus anywhere.

    Recently renovated and expanded. Super busy on the weekend so recommend using your mobile app. Consistent staff and beverages. What you'd expect from Starbucks.

    I only used to go to this Starbucks because, it's the only one in Ladner however I am now choosing local coffee shops over Starbucks all because, of Craig!  Craig at this location is the absolute worst!  He is so rude.  The other day I confirmed my order because, he made no acknowledgement of me saying my order and he broke up personal cup by slamming it on the counter and yelled at me saying "WE KNOW WHAT WE'RE DOING MA'AM!".  I didn't realize my cup was broken until I left the store but, I'm very angry.  It was a brand new Starbucks cup and Craig put a big chip in it!

    This last time I went in he accused me of trying to steal a refill when I provided my receipt!  I have tried for over a week to get ahold of Starbucks customer service but, have been told they are too busy for me.  I will never step foot in a Starbucks again.  I was a loyal customer for over 20+ years spending an average of $10 a day but, I have chopped up my Starbucks card.  I suggest you do the same, they don't care about their customers.
